Unable to access the Etisalat screen, it's displaying a registration code. What should I do?

The screen provided by Etisalat is pre-activated and already registered to your Pickcel account, ensuring a seamless setup.

If the screen has been Factory Reset, a new registration code will be displayed. In this case, the screen must be re-registered to your account.

How to Re-Register Your Screen

  1. Note down the new registration code displayed on the screen.
  2. Locate the MAC ID of the screen (found on the back of the device).
  3. Send an email to signage@megaimpex.ae with the following details:
    • Registration code
    • MAC ID of the screen

Important Usage Guidelines

  • The TV provided by Etisalat is intended exclusively for Digital Signage use.
  • External connections such as laptops, USB drives, or any other devices via HDMI are not supported.
