Why is my Etisalat TV automatically reopening the Pickcel digital signage app every 5 minutes?
The TV provided by Etisalat is intended exclusively for Digital Signage use.
Connecting a laptop, USB, or any other device to the HDMI port is not supported.
The TV is specifically designed to run signage, and even if you connect via HDMI, the signage app will automatically relaunch every 5 minutes.
We recommend using the TV strictly for signage purposes.
